The film is a portrait of Norwegian polar explorer, publisher, author, lawyer, mountaineer and art collector Erling Kagge in his Oslo home. The film explores the overlap between his adventures and his ventures into art – where geological specimens gathered are displayed alongside rare pieces credited to some of the art world’s greatest talents. The three songs by Blomberg & Sundin reflects Kagge’s adventurous nature and the curiosity and open-mindedness always present in his art collecting.
